Described by The Spectator magazine as having one of the finest palates in Britain Will Lyons is a wine writer, author and broadcaster.

For more than a decade he has published a weekly column on drinks, formerly in The Wall Street Journal and now The Sunday Times. His humorous, informed, down-to-earth writing has been recognized in both the Glenfiddich and Roederer wine writing Awards.

Will is Vice President of The Sunday Times Wine Club and his podcast Wine Times was named Podcast of the Year at the British Media Awards.

A gentle meander through two of life’s great pleasures: wine and cricket. Test Match Special has been the soundtrack to much of my adult life, so what a privilege it was to be asked to appear on View From the Boundary with Jonathan Agnew, live on Day 5 of the third Ashes Test from the place where wine and cricket meet — the Adelaide Oval.
